Two schemes aimed at educating Europe?s sporting elite on betting have been brought under the same code of conduct. Europe?s two major gambling trade organizations, the Remote Gambling Association (RGA) and European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) and their partners in European player associations, EU Athletes and the PPF already extended the pilot schemes earlier this year. Sigrid Lign?, EGBA Secretary General, commented: ?Keeping sports clean is of the highest priority for European licensed betting operators. Sportsmen play a vital role in keeping sport clean, as they are the first line of defence in integrity. That?s why we support this partnership with EU Athletes, because as player?s representatives they are best placed to educate their fellow sportsmen.?

Bodog.eu felt like it had been in the Octagon for the entire weekend after the two parlays gave the site losses of up to $100,000. The first was a 12-team winner that including picking results of the dozen fights on display at UFC 131. The favorite may have won ten of the 12 fights. The $200 wager still earned them a massive $51,547 though. Bodog?s second boob involved a ?ten teamer? parlay that included four favorites and one slight underdog. This gave the group a return of over $32,000 on a $500 bet.
