London Film Festival 2012 Line-up Reveals ? Starts In October!

The 56th London BFI Film Festival line-up was revealed today, filling the gaps between the already confirmed opening and closing films. The 2012 London Film Festival starts from 10 ? 21 October.

The Festival starts with the European Premiere of Tim Burton?s 3D animation Frankenweenie, at the same time ? Mike Newell?s visually striking adaptation of Great Expecations, starring Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes will end the Festival, with key talent from both films expected to attend.

The Festival will screen a total of 225 fiction and documentary features, including Fourteen World Premieres, Fifteen International Premieres and Thirty-four European Premieres. There will also be screenings of 111 live action and animated shorts.
